Ramon Gutierrez leads Mastermind Superstars MX & CAN and runs Superstars Multiplier — the leadership program he built to turn agents into duplicators, not just producers. He holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and studied at Tec de Monterrey.
Ramon is also a real estate investor with more than 20 years of hands-on experience, and a certified mentor within eXp Realty's official Mentor Program. He's running the same discipline on himself that he teaches in the program: build the list, report the numbers, do the work.
That mix means Superstars Multiplier is led by someone who's built a network, not just talked about building one.
